Q. After using the product, more dandruff appears on the scalp. Does it mean that I have a product allergy?
A. Not necessarily. More dandruff may be caused by exfoliation and replacement of the stratum corneum which has been aggravated or accumulated after using the product.
Q. I experiences a slight itchiness in my scalp after using the product, am I allergy to this range of product?
Not exactly. The itchiness could be caused by nourishing the scalp and renewing the hair process. Some people experience the slight itchiness during the first few times. This is because SLS and SLES destroy our natural protective layers and accumulate chemicals in our skin layer, so when you start using our product, it will help remove the chemicals from the scalp and hair, and build up healthier scalp at the same time.
Q. Is it suitable for people with scalp rashes?
A. Yes. Our product is an essential oil product derived from natural plants. It contains anti-allergic and soothing properties, which can effectively reduce the itch and pain caused by scalp rash.
Q. What are the signs of improvement when we start using Essenza product?
A. Excessive sebum production will be neutralized, reduction in daily hair loss, improvement in hair strength, volume as well as its density after using Essenza product for a few weeks.
Q. Why the colour, texture and the fragrance of my current product different from the previous product?
A. This is because our products are entirely processed from natural plant extracts and do not contain artificial colour and fragrance. The natural ingredients are usually harvested in different seasons. As such, each batch of the products may differ. Rest assured. These differences will not affect the effectiveness of the products.
Q. Are the products safe for young children?
A. Definitely! It is encourageable to use for children’s hair as they do not contain SLS, SLES or any preservatives. Research has show that products that contain SLS and SLES, may destroy children’s natural skin protection and cause development problems in children.
